About Harry Nobles

Harry Nobles began his career in the hospitality industry with the American Automobile Association (AAA) as a Field Representative inspecting and rating hotels and restaurants. Later, he was promoted to Supervisor of Inspections at AAA Headquarters with overall responsibility for lodging and dining ratings throughout North America.

During this period, Mr. Nobles was instrumental in the development and implementation of AAA Diamond Ratings Guidelines, the forerunner of the current ratings system that is now an industry standard.

Since his retirement from AAA, Mr. Nobles and staff have consulted with leading hotels and management companies, with special focus on improving guest services and maximizing guest satisfaction. We are often able to advise and assist clients in earning and retaining optimum AAA and MOBIL ratings.

Mr. Nobles was formally a Special Training Consultant for the Educational Institute, American Hotel & Motel Association. Our knowledge of AAA and MOBIL ratings policies and procedures, expertise in all aspects of guest service, and the affiliation with the Educational Institute enable us to establish and conduct evaluation and training programs tailored specifically to his clients' unique needs and goals.

Mr. Nobles has formed a strategic partnership with Hays Hospitality Interiors. As Mr. Nobles's Partner, Ms. Lisa Hays specializes in the training of all AAA Diamond Physical and Service Standards and Design Assessments. Ms. Hays professional experience includes 20 years expertise in hotel and residential design.
